Three programs show the strongest correlation between donor investment and measurable community outcomes. The Family Support program across the Fraser Valley locations shows a 3.2x return on donor-funded capacity — each dollar of donor investment corresponds to $3.20 in attributable client outcomes. Youth Employment programs in the Lower Mainland follow at 2.8x, with particularly strong results in the Surrey location. Housing First initiatives show the highest per-client impact but draw primarily from government funding rather than donor contributions.
